Investment structure and returns
The current investment requirement totals approximately €11.3 million, covering 6.4 MW ready‑to‑build and 50 MW under development for 2025–2026. The proposed capital structure is 70% debt and 30% equity, with an expected return on the 6.4 MW ready‑to‑build assets of around 105% over the contract period, supported by a 20‑year energy purchase guarantee from the French government.
